As the popularity of S4 Swim School continues to grow, we have packaged S4 Swim's model and introduced a franchise programme to enable passionate, ambitious and driven individuals to open their own schools across the UK.
Our vision is to provide the best quality of service in the UK - by demonstrating a sound understanding of water safety, as well as honing a pathway strategy for continued swimming development. We want to make sure young people can grow in and out the pool, in a safe and enjoyable environment.
An S4 Swim franchise offers you the chance to run your own swim school, with structured advice and support from people who have been through the same journey.
You won't need to dive in at the deep end. Our franchisees have the backing of head office staff and fellow swim school owners, not to mention training, IT and marketing support. So you can be safe in the knowledge that we're with you every step of the way, in all aspects of running your business.
We are passionate about what we do, and we want everyone that joins the S4 family to share our passion, embrace our philosophies and grow with us. In fact, we believe this is the only way to ensure the success of a franchise.
To have what it takes, you must be dedicated, ambitious and passionate about swimming development. You don't need previous experience of swimming coaching, but a head for numbers and a will to succeed are a must.

We want to provide the best possible service to our members, and we always strive to improve. Our swim instructors, swim co-ordinators need to be passionate about swimming and swim teaching.
You will typically apply for a swim teaching position with S4 Swim School and then hear back from the regional office. They will invite you for an informal meeting and lesson observation. After checking your qualifications, you will be offered the opportunity to work with S4 Swim School.
Before having your own class, we will conduct our own vetting procedure and you will need to complete our health and safety questions. Once this has been done, you're ready to go!
As a company our mission statement is 'A Commitment to Continuing Swimming Development'. We want our teachers to aim towards delivering that mission statement in all that they do! We want hard working and enthusiastic teachers who can make a real difference for our members.
